Job Title – HR Operations – Maternity Cover (4–5 months)
Location – Lagos
Work mode – Hybrid

Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to provide maternity cover support for 4–5 months.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle
• Support payroll coordination and leave management
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle basic employee queries and ensure smooth HR processes

Requirements:
• 2–4 years HR experience (operations-focused)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running

Salary – ₦350,000 monthly
