Job Title – HR Operations (Contract Role)
Location – Lagos
Salary – ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 monthly

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day people operations
• Design and implement structured people systems to support growth
• Manage multiple priorities and organizational tasks
• Solve operational problems within the people function

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing people operations
• Ability to design and structure people systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
