Job Description

Job Title – HR Recruiter
Location – Lagos (Fully Onsite)

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and advertisements
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support onboarding documentation
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
