Job Title – HR Specialist (Talent & Performance)
Location – Alaba, Lagos (Onsite)
Salary – ₦350,000 / month

Job Summary
We are hiring an HR Specialist to manage talent development, performance systems, and employee experience. This role is for someone who can build structure, drive performance, and support organizational growth.

What You’ll Do
– Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes
– ⁠Implement and oversee performance management systems
– ⁠Drive employee engagement, training, and retention strategies
– ⁠Ensure HR policies and processes are properly structured and followed
– ⁠Support leadership with people strategy and workforce planning

What We’re Looking For
– Strong experience in HR operations, talent management, and performance systems
– ⁠Ability to build and manage structured HR processes
– ⁠Good communication, organization, and people management skills
– ⁠Must be available to work onsite in Alaba
