JOB TITLE – HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Locations – Gbagada & Ikeja, Lagos

Description
An experienced HR Manager is needed to lead all human resource functions, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure compliance while driving performance, engagement, and retention across teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and problem-solving ability
• Experience with HRIS systems
• CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM certification is an advantage
