Human Resources Manager
Location : Abuja
Reports To : Group Director
Compensation: ₦500,000 Monthly Gross Salary

Role Summary
The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and overall people operations across all Group subsidiaries. The role ensures a strong culture, compliance with labour laws, and effective support to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational structure.
– Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
– Oversee performance management, KPIs, and appraisals.
– Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and engagement.
– Manage training, development, and capacity-building programs.
– Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
– Support payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
– Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards.
– Promote company culture and employer branding.

Requirements
– Proven experience as an HR Manager/HRBP
– Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
– Excellent communication and people skills
– Organised, analytical, and professional
– HR degree or certification is an added advantage
