Job Summary
Our company is seeking an experienced and result-driven In-House Engineer to oversee construction and finishing projects across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and supervise construction and finishing projects.
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to approved designs.
Interpret engineering drawings and resolve on-site technical issues.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress.
Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation.
Support post-construction inspections and defect management.

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in construction/project management.
Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.

Location – Suite 4, Scapula Plaza, Igbo Efon, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos.
