Job Description

Job Title – Inventory Manager
Location – Lekki, Lagos
Job Type – Full-Time | On-Site

Requirements
Must be male, and must have completed NYSC
Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management, retail warehousing, or storekeeping (preferably within the beauty, retail, or hospitality sector)
Must reside in or within commutable distance — Lekki, Jakande, Chevron, or environs
Computer literacy is mandatory
Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and comprehension abilities
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality standards

Key Responsibilities
Document all items moving in and out of the store to maintain 100% real-time accuracy
Perform physical counts and resolve any discrepancies with the Operations Manager
Manage internal requests from braiders/stylists to ensure the salon never runs out of essential hair or products
Maintain organised digital or manual logs for all hair, beauty products, and salon equipment
Actively attend all scheduled meetings, performance appraisals, and brand activities
