JOB TITLE – LEGAL COUNSEL

A reputable law firm based in Sura, Lagos is seeking to engage a qualified and motivated Legal Counsel to join its team.

Location – Sura, Lagos
Salary – ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years Post-Call experience.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and advisory skills.
• Ability to manage transactions and provide sound legal support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions.
• Support clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Attend meetings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
