About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, customer acquisition, and market presence in Port Harcourt.
You’ll work closely with sales and leadership to build campaigns that actually convert.

Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned to business goals.
Execute integrated campaigns across digital, radio, OOH, events, and community outreach.
Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient spend with measurable ROI.

2. Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Design and run campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Set up and manage lead tracking, follow-up systems, and conversion reporting.

Requirements
Bsc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2-4 years proven marketing experience.
Demonstrated success with lead gen campaigns and brand campaigns.
Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, MS Office.
Strong copywriting and public speaking skills.
Must reside in Port Harcourt and work onsite Mon-Fri.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly + commission.
