Job Title – Mind Aider (Early Years Teacher)
Location – Maitama, Abuja
Sector – Education
Salary – N250,000 – N350,000

Job Summary:
The Mind Aider is responsible for providing emotional, psychological, and practical support to individuals experiencing mental health or emotional challenges. The role involves assisting clients in maintaining daily routines, promoting mental wellbeing, and supporting the implementation of care plans under professional supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide compassionate emotional support and active listening to clients
* Assist clients with daily living activities and routine management
* Monitor and document clients’ behavior, mood, and progress
* Support the execution of individualized care and therapy plans
* Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times
* Report any concerns or changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel
* Ensure confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and ethical standards

Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related field
* Prior experience in mental health support or caregiving is an advantage
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High level of empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
