Job Description

Job Role – Office Personnel
Location – Lagos
Employment Type – Full-Time

Responsibilities:
▪ Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
▪ Manage correspondence, emails and phone calls professionally
▪ Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic records)
▪ Coordinate meetings, schedules and office logistics
▪ Handle documentation, data entry and report preparation
▪ Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
▪ Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and managed
▪ Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees

Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administrative, Office Management, or related field
▪ 1 – 3 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
▪ Strong organizational and time management skills
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
▪ High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
▪ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
