Job Title – On-Trade Officer
Location – Lagos/ Ibadan/ Ondo
Salary – ₦200,000 Gross

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven On-Trade Officer to join our team in Lagos, Ibadan and Ondo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships within the nightlife and hospitality industry, and increasing brand visibility across on-trade channels.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with bars, clubs, lounges, restaurants, and other on-trade outlets.
– Drive sales growth and ensure product availability within assigned territories.
– Identify new business opportunities within the nightlife and hospitality industry.
– Execute promotional activities, events, and brand activations.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning.
– Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications
– Minimum of HND or BSc in a relevant field.
— At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
– Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
– Proficient in the use of smartphones.
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
– Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
– Well-networked with established contacts in the nightlife scene.
– Experience in the beverage industry, entertainment, events, hospitality, or catering is an added advantage.
– Ability to work independently with a high level of flexibility.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong understanding of sales processes, commercial awareness, and strategic planning.
