Job Summary
A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (BDC) to oversee day-to-day foreign exchange operations while ensuring full compliance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, while also Developing the Business with marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong expertise in forex operations, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily BDC operations and foreign exchange transactions

* Ensure full compliance with CBN, AML/CFT, and KYC regulations

* Monitor currency inventory and coordinate with banks for procurement

* Strengthen risk controls, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting

* Lead, train, and supervise operations staff• Maintain accurate financial and operational reporting

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in banking, forex, or BDC operations

* Strong knowledge of CBN regulations and banking systems

* Leadership capability, analytical thinking, and high integrity
