Job Title – Operations & Compliance Manager
Location – Alaba, Lagos (Onsite – Applicants must live close by)
Salary – ₦350,000 / month

Job Summary
We are hiring an Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure all processes meet regulatory and internal standards. This role is for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and strong in process control.

What You’ll Do
– Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
– ⁠Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
– ⁠Develop and enforce operational processes and controls
– ⁠Monitor performance and resolve operational issues quickly
– ⁠Work with internal teams to improve workflow and accountability

What We’re Looking For
– Strong experience in operations management and compliance
– ⁠High attention to detail and process discipline
– ⁠Ability to enforce structure and ensure accountability
– ⁠Must be based close to Alaba for onsite work
