Job Title – Operations Manager (Hospitality/Shortlet)
Location – Orchid, Lekki, Lagos (Onsite)
Salary – Negotiable

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and drive operations within our hospitality/shortlet business. This is a strategic role for a results-driven professional who will work closely with the CEO to ensure smooth operations, business growth, and excellent client experience.

The ideal candidate is not just operationally sound but also commercially aware, tech-savvy, and capable of managing both the business and its brand presence. This role requires someone who understands the dynamics of shortlet apartments, hospitality management, and digital visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the shortlet/hospitality business
* Ensure excellent guest experience and service delivery
* Manage bookings, occupancy rates, and revenue optimization
* Supervise staff and coordinate maintenance activities
* Work closely with the CEO on strategy, growth, and business decisions
* Handle client relations and resolve issues efficiently
* Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (content, engagement, visibility)
* Identify opportunities to improve operations and increase profitability

Requirements:
* Male (as specified for this role)
* Proven and extensive experience in hospitality, shortlet, or related industry
* Strong understanding of shortlet operations and guest management
* Social media savvy with the ability to manage and grow online presence
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* High level of professionalism and accountability
* Ability to work closely with executive leadership
* Must reside within the Lekki axis (preferably close to Orchid, Lekki)
