Job Title – Operations Manager
Location – Oshodi, Lagos
Salary – ₦180,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly (Based on skills and experience)

Job Summary
Oversee daily business operations, coordinate departments, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the smooth execution of company processes within the solar energy business.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production company
• Strong knowledge of business management principles and ERP systems
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence
