Job Title – Operations Officer
Company – Aella Credit (Microfinance Bank)
Location – Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary:
Support daily banking operations, transaction processing, customer service workflows, and initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in banking operations or related roles
• Knowledge of Core Banking Applications (CBA) and digital payment platforms
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the Microfinance Banking (MFB) sector is an added advantage
