Job Title – People Operations Executive (Cinemas)
Location – Abuja, Lagos
Salary – ₦300,000 Net Monthly
Experience Level – 2-4 years

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth employee relations, accurate payroll processing, and a positive work environment that reflects our company’s culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist with day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function.
– Support the HR Business Partner in implementing HR initiatives and engagement activities.
– Process payroll and resolve related errors or discrepancies.
– Handle employee requests, inquiries, and grievances professionally and confidentially.
– Maintain attendance records, staff rosters, and HR documentation.
– Schedule and coordinate HR meetings, prepare reports, and maintain departmental records.
– Handle internship matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
– Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices.
– Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes staff morale and productivity.
– Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2-4 years of relevant HR/People Operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced or hospitality/retail environment.
– Must be CIPM certified
– Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– High level of integrity and attention to detail.
