JOB TITLE – PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Location – Ikeja, Lagos

Marketmonie Limited is seeking a results-driven Performance Management Officer to join our team in Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily staff performance and KPI achievement
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Coordinate scorecards, appraisals, and performance reviews
• Follow up on performance management activities across teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in Performance Management or HR Operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and performance reporting
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
