Job Title – Personal Assistant
Location – Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Hours – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Salary – ₦300,000 – ₦400,000
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management in a reputable Oil & Gas company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
– Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
– Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
– Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
– Handle confidential information with discretion
– Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders
– Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
– Perform general administrative and office support duties
🔹 Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
– 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
– High level of professionalism and confidentiality
