Job Description
We are recruiting, on behalf of its client, a highly experienced Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to the CEO and senior management team.
This is a high-impact role for a mature, highly organized professional with strong experience in executive support, coordination, and HR-related processes.
You will work closely with leadership, manage sensitive information, and play a key role in keeping the executive office running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and correspondence
Liaise with senior staff, consultants, and external stakeholders
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action points
Support HR processes including recruitment coordination, staff records, and performance tracking
Prepare executive briefs, reports, and presentations
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in executive assistance, administration, or HR
Experience working with senior executives and professionals
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools
High emotional intelligence and discretion
Preferably male (client requirement)
Must reside in Abuja.

Salary: N500,000 – N550,000 / month.
