Job Title: POS / PTSP Configuration Officer

Job Summary
The POS / PTSP Configuration Officer is responsible for setting up, configuring, testing, and maintaining Point of Sale (POS) terminals and PTSP (Payment Terminal Service Provider) systems. The role ensures terminals are properly deployed, integrated, and functioning efficiently to support seamless transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and deploy POS and PTSP terminals
• Install software updates and system patches
• Test terminal functionality before deployment
• Troubleshoot configuration and transaction issues
• Maintain terminal inventory and documentation
• Ensure compliance with payment security standards
• Support merchants and internal teams with technical setup
• Coordinate with banks and payment service providers
