About the Role
Our Vet Hospital is a growing veterinary healthcare facility providing clinical, surgical, and retail pet care services. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the overall non-clinical operations of the hospital. This role functions as the General Manager of the facility, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, business growth, service efficiency, and overall performance of the hospital. The ideal candidate is a strong business-minded professional with experience managing a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility, and can effectively coordinate people, processes, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
– Oversee the overall operations of the hospital
– Ensure smooth daily running of all departments (front desk, admin, support services, retail, etc.)
– Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and patient/client experience
– Manage staff coordination, supervision, and performance monitoring (non-clinical teams)
– Support revenue growth through operational excellence and service delivery improvement
– Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and standards
– Oversee customer service delivery and client relationship management
– Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation across the hospital
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for hospital operations
– Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure seamless service delivery
– Identify operational gaps and implement improvement strategies
– Oversee vendor, facility, and general administrative management

Requirements
– Minimum of 7 years experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility management
– Proven experience managing operations in a structured healthcare environment (clinic, hospital, diagnostics, or similar)
– Strong business, operational, and people management skills
– Experience as an operations manager, practice manager, or general manager is highly preferred
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to manage multiple departments and coordinate cross-functional teams
– Strong understanding of service delivery and customer experience in healthcare settings
– High level of professionalism, accountability, and decision-making ability
