Job Title – Procurement Specialist
Location – Ikeja, Lagos | Full-Time

Job Summary
The company is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing and acquisition of oil & gas equipment and services within the EPC value chain. You’ll lead supplier management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and risk mitigation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
– Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
– Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors
– Lead commercial negotiations and contract management
– Oversee tendering, bid evaluations, and contract execution
– Track procurement costs, KPIs, and performance metrics
– Identify and mitigate supply chain and cost-related risks
– Coordinate logistics and timely delivery to project sites
– Ensure quality compliance with technical and industry standards
– Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases

Qualifications/Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field
– 5 years’ procurement experience in oil & gas EPC projects
– Proven experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
– Strong understanding of sourcing, logistics, and import/export regulations
– Experience working with IOCs, NOCs, and EPC contractors is a strong advantage
– High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
