JOB TITLE – PRODUCTION MANAGER (SUPERVISOR & QUALITY CONTROL)
Industry – Fashion Retail
Location – Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Mode – On-site
Employment Type – Full-Time
Salary – ₦280,000 (Negotiable)

Responsibilities
Plan and schedule production in line with inventory needs
Break down collections into production batches
Supervise tailors and assign tasks
Track output and ensure productivity targets
Enforce quality control at all production stages

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3–5 years experience in fashion production/management
Strong knowledge of garment construction and finishing
Experience supervising tailors or production teams
Familiarity with inventory and production systems
