Job Title: Project Manager (Scrum Master)

Job Summary
The Project Manager (Scrum Master) is responsible for leading Agile project teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. The role facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, and ensures effective collaboration among cross-functional teams while aligning project outcomes with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Agile/Scrum project execution
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove obstacles that hinder team progress
• Monitor project timelines, scope, and deliverables
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders
• Track performance metrics and report project status
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices
• Support continuous process improvement
