Job Title – Quality Control Officer (Fashion Brand)
Location – Lagos (Ikoyi)
Salary – ₦150,000
Work Mode – On-site (Monday – Friday)

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Officer to join our fashion team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all garments meet the brand’s quality standards before delivery, while also supporting production efficiency and timely client deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough quality checks on finished garments to ensure they meet brand standards
* Supervise tailors to ensure adherence to design specifications and production timelines
* Identify and address defects or inconsistencies in production
* Oversee and coordinate timely delivery of finished items to clients
* Maintain quality control records and reports
* Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and reduce errors

Requirements
* Proven experience in quality control within the fashion industry
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
