Job Description

Job Title – Quantity Surveyor
Location – Lagos

Description
Monitor project costs and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Supervise construction projects from planning stage to completion.
Coordinate contractors, artisans, vendors, and suppliers on project execution.
Conduct site inspections and monitor daily project activities.
Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings and specifications.
Track project progress and prepare weekly / monthly reports for Management.
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage on site.
Review contractor quotations and negotiate project pricing where necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
Verify quality of work carried out on site before approval.
Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of project activities and approvals.
Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are achieved.
Support Management in operational planning and project execution.
Handle other project management and quantity surveying duties assigned by Management.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 monthly.
