Job Title – Quantity Surveyor
Location – South-South Nigeria

Job Summary
Manage project costs, prepare estimates and budgets, administer contracts, and ensure effective cost control throughout project execution.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control
• Experience working on building construction projects
• Strong analytical and financial management skills
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a project-driven environment and meet deadlines
