Job Title – Quantity Surveyor
Location – Nassarawa

Job Summary:
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost efficiency
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Handle procurement and contract documentation

Requirements:
• B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 5–10 years experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in cost estimation tools/software
