Job Title – Real Estate Lawyer
Location – Sangotedo, Lagos
Salary – ₦200,000 Monthly

About the Role
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Real Estate Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage legal matters related to property transactions, land documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, review, and vet property documents (Deeds, Contracts of Sale, MOUs, etc.)
* Conduct land searches and due diligence
* Advise on property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
* Handle title perfection and registration processes
* Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies
* Provide legal support on real estate transactions and disputes

Requirements
* LL.B and BL (qualified to practice in Nigeria)
* 1–3 years relevant experience in real estate law
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law and land documentation
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills
* Attention to detail and strong communication skills
