Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates across various industries.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet recruitment and revenue targets.
Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to clients and candidates.

Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and result-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
