Location : Lekki, Lagos
Work Mode : Fully Onsite
Salary : ₦400,000 Net (Monthly)

We are hiring an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in consulting and/or outsourcing firms and experience managing high-volume recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment lifecycle
Lead and supervise a team of recruiters
Deliver high-volume and specialist hires
Manage client relationships and recruitment targets
Track recruitment metrics and performance

Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting/outsourcing recruitment (mandatory)
Proven team leadership experience
Strong client and stakeholder management skills
