Job Title – Refinery Project Manager (Oil & Gas)
Location – Akwa Ibom & Bayelsa
Employment Type – Full-Time

Job Summary
Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong refinery expertise? This is an opportunity to lead high-impact capital projects from FEED through commissioning, driving safety, efficiency, and operational excellence within a dynamic Oil & Gas environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end refinery project delivery (FEED, EPC, commissioning & startup)
• Drive HSE excellence and ensure compliance with global standards (OSHA, API, EPA)
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contractors, and technical delivery
• Oversee refinery process units (CDU, ISOM, CCR, DHT)
• Engage stakeholders and proactively mitigate project risks

What We’re Looking For:
• 10+ years’ project management experience in Oil & Gas
• Strong hands-on experience within refinery operations (5–8 years)
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil)
• PMP certification and proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project preferred
