Job Title – Regional Retail Manager – Oil & Gas
Employment Type – Full Time

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Retail Manager to oversee operations across 10 fuel stations for a growing Oil & Gas company in Lagos.

Qualification
BA/BSc./HND in Business Admin, Marketing or related field
Experience
Minimum 10 years in fuel retail management (10–15 stations)

Location – Ikota Villa Estate, VGC axis, Lagos
Remuneration – Competitive & based on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations across all 10 stations
Ensure 100% product availability (fuel, lubricants, LPG)
Drive revenue growth & exceed monthly sales targets
Manage P&L, control costs & oversee cash management across sites
Support expansion strategy & assess new station opportunities
Monitor competitor activities within the territory
Recruit, train & develop station managers and attendants
Conduct regular site visits, reviews & team meetings
Enforce HSSE protocols & ensure full regulatory compliance (DPR, SON)
Maintain high customer service standards across all stations

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
10+ years in fuel retail; at least 5 years managing 10–15 stations
Proven ability to grow revenue across a multi-site portfolio
Deep knowledge of downstream Oil & Gas operations & expansion planning
Proficient in POS systems, inventory tools & financial reporting software
Strong leadership, analytical & stakeholder management skills
HSSE certification is an added advantage
