Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to support our research and consulting projects. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, preparing insightful reports, and monitoring industry trends to provide actionable intelligence for client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with excellent communication skills and a curious mindset.

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct desk research and data gathering on markets, industries, competitors, and consumer trends.
– Assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights.
– Support the development of research reports, presentations, and briefing materials for client stakeholders.
– Monitor industry news and policies relating to the client’s sector.
– Collaborate with other teams to ensure research aligns with strategic objectives.
– Present findings in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications & Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
– 1–2 years of experience in research, consulting, data analysis, or related fields (internships and NYSC experience count).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
– Curious mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
