Job Title – Resident Officer

Job Summary:
The Resident Officer oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned residences, ensuring guests and residents enjoy a seamless, comfortable, and safe living experience. The role involves managing resident relations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with property standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
2.Monitor resident satisfaction levels and escalate major concerns to the Resident Manager.Track ingredient usage in line with approved recipes and POS sales data.
3.Oversee the condition of all residential units and common areas to ensure cleanliness, order, and functionality.
4.Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping for timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and room readiness.
5.Ensure adherence to safety, security, and operational policies across the premises.
6.Maintain up-to-date occupancy records, incident logs, and maintenance requests.
7.Support check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all documentation is properly handled.
8.Supervise the activities of housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel within the residence.
9.Assist in the preparation of operational reports and performance updates.
Qualifications:
* OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–4 years’ experience in hospitality, property management, or guest relations.
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
