JOB TITLE – RISK MANAGER

Job Summary
Century Group is looking for an experienced ERM Lead / Risk Manager to design, coordinate, and embed a strong Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring that risks are proactively identified, assessed, monitored, and seamlessly integrated into decision-making processes, while driving a consistent and structured approach to risk management across all business units. It also reinforces clear risk ownership within management (first line) and maintains appropriate independence from Internal Audit and Internal Control functions
