Job Title – Sales Manager
Location – Lagos and Abuja
Openings – 4 Positions
Key Responsibilities
. Lead and manage the HC sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for market expansion
. Identify and secure new business opportunities and key accounts
. Monitor sales pipeline, performance, and forecasting
. Build and maintain strong client relationships
. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution
. Provide regular sales reports and market intelligence
Qualifications
. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field
. Professional certifications in Sales or Business Management (added advantage)
Requirements
. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecom or technology sales
. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
. Strong leadership and team management capabilities
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
. Solid understanding of telecom products and services (e.g., FTTH, enterprise connectivity)
. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
