Job Title – Sales Executive
Location – Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-Time ( Hybrid)
Reports To – Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts for cybersecurity solutions while identifying new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
The role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Account Growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and key decision-makers across accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts
• Understand client needs and align company solutions to customer business objectives
• Proactively manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate opportunities and close sales
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and
KPIs
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage and resolve customer issues and escalations effectively
• Gather customer feedback and recommend service or product improvements
• Support onboarding and ongoing account engagement
Reporting & CRM Management
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and account activity
• Provide regular sales and relationship performance reports to management
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, account management, or relationship management in banking or technology.
