Job Description

A leading FMCG company with operations across Lagos Head Office and Otta Factory, and a subsidiary Logistics arm, is currently recruiting qualified and result-driven professionals to fill the following roles:
Available Positions

🔹 Sales Executive (SE) – 1–3 years FMCG sales experience
🔹 Area Sales Manager (ASM) – 5–7 years FMCG sales experience
🔹 Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – 8–12 years FMCG sales experience

Location
📍 Lagos (Head Office)
📍 Otta (Factory & Operations)

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced sales professionals who can effectively drive market penetration, manage distributor relationships, lead sales teams (where applicable), and consistently deliver on set targets across FMCG and logistics value chains.

Key Requirements
• Proven experience in FMCG sales (relevant to role applied for)
• Strong understanding of route-to-market, distributor and channel management
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience working with logistics or supply chain operations is an added advantage
