Job Description

Job Title – Scheduling Engineer
Location – Port Harcourt

Key Responsibilities
·  Develop detailed schedules for fabric maintenance activities.
· Use scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project to create and optimize work plans.
· Align schedules with planned shutdowns, turnarounds, and routine maintenance programs.
· Identify and allocate resources, materials, and workforce requirements for each scheduled activity.
· Track and update schedules based on real-time progress, material availability, and operational constraints.
· Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate safety inspections, audits, and PTW (Permitto- Work) procedures.
· Generate reports on schedule adherence, work completion status, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Analyse historical maintenance schedule adjustment/learnings to optimize future scheduling tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences.
· 5+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling and project planning within LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical industries or manufacturing industries.
· Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and SAP Plant Maintenance.
· Familiarity with engineering standards.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
