Job Title – Senior Accountant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our
finance team as a potential successor to the Head of Finance. The successful
candidate will be responsible for group financial consolidation, management and
financial reporting across multiple business units, and providing strategic
financial analysis to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review consolidated
financial statements and management reports across multiple business units.

Ensure compliance with financial
reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Provide corporate finance support
through investment analysis, business valuation, and strategic financial
recommendations.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and
financial planning activities to support business objectives.

Develop financial models, cash flow
projections, and project evaluation reports for investment decisions.

Manage tax planning, compliance, and
statutory filings while coordinating tax audits and regulatory engagements.

Coordinate annual statutory audits
and strengthen internal control frameworks to ensure financial integrity.

Partner with business leaders to
provide financial insights, performance analysis, and decision-making support.

Prepare accurate financial models, project
evaluations, and consolidated audited financial statements to support business
performance and strategic decision-making.

Ensure timely management reporting, tax filings,
and audit compliance while maintaining zero penalties for regulatory
non-compliance.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance,
Economics, or a related field.

Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA,
CIMA, or CFA.

Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience
in financial reporting, budgeting, corporate finance, and accounting.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial modelling,
consolidation accounting, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent analytical, communication, leadership,
and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
financial reporting tools.
