Job Description

Job Title – Senior Product Designer
Location – Lagos, Nigeria (Remote-friendly)

Reports to – Chief Product Officer
Type – Full-time

Requirements
• 5–8 years’ experience in product design (B2B SaaS, fintech, or marketplace experience is a plus)
• Expert in Figma and prototyping tools
• Strong interaction and visual design skills
• Ability to simplify complex systems and build scalable product experiences
• Systems thinking with strong product sense (UX linked to growth, revenue, and operations)
• Portfolio with detailed case studies and measurable impact
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in emerging markets or mobile-first design is a plus
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) or frontend basics is an advantage

Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery
• Build and maintain scalable design systems
• Create prototypes and run usability testing
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and business teams
• Conduct user research across multiple markets
• Translate complex workflows into simple UX solutions
• Improve activation, retention, and user experience metrics
• Lead design storytelling and documentation
