Job Description

Job Title – Senior Project Architect
Location – Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time, on-site
Salary Band – N500,000 – N550,000 monthly Net pay

Job Summary
The Project Architect is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of projects from concept through completion. This role ensures design integrity, regulatory compliance, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams while delivering projects on time and within scope

Key Responsibilities
•Lead architectural design and development across all project phases (concept, scheme, detailed
design, and construction).

•Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.

•Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of designs.

•Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.

• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and technical submissions.

• Identify and resolve design and construction issues proactively.

• Support contract administration and project reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

•Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and above in a structured architectural consultancy firm

•Proficiency in design software (Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD).
