About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Social Media Handler to lead our digital communication efforts and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital platforms, creating engaging multimedia content, and leveraging new media tools to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement new media strategies to support organizational goals
· Manage and grow the organization’s presence across digital platforms (social media, blogs, websites, etc.)
· Create and curate high-quality multimedia content including text, graphics, and videos
· Monitor online trends and leverage them to boost engagement and visibility
· Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting across platforms
· Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
· Track and analyze digital performance metrics and provide actionable insights
· Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging
· Support digital campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field
· Proven experience in digital media, social media management, or content creation
· Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
· Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools)
· Good understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing trends
· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
