Job Title – Studio Camera Operator
Location – Lagos
Employment Type – Full Time
Reports To – Head, Studio Camera Person/Lighting Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Studio Camera Operator to handle camera operations for live broadcasts and studio recordings, ensuring high-quality visual output at all times.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate studio cameras for live news and recorded programmes
• Execute smooth pan, tilt, zoom, and focus movements
• Ensure camera stability and proper setup during productions
• Deliver creative and well-composed shots as directed
• Monitor exposure levels to maintain optimal picture quality
• Prepare reports on studio equipment and production quality
• Collaborate with producers and directors for continuous improvement

Requirements
• First degree in Cinematography or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mounted camera operations
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and teamwork skills
