Job Title – Superintendent Pharmacist (Ibadan)
Location – Ibadan, Oyo State
Experience – Minimum 3 Years (Post-NYSC)
Type – Full-Time

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent Pharmacist to support leadership in our pharmacy operations in Ibadan. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of PCN regulations and a passion for community health.

Key Responsibilities
* Clinical Excellence: Oversee prescription handling, patient counseling, and drug therapy monitoring.
* Operational Management: Manage inventory, track drug expiries, and supervise procurement to ensure stock availability.
* Team Supervision: Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians and sales interns to maintain a high standard of service.
* Business Growth: Drive pharmacy sales through excellent customer relations and professional health services.

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or PharmD.
* License: Current practicing license from the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a community pharmacy setting.
* Skills: Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
