Job Description

Job Title – Supply Chain / Logistics Officer
Location – Ikeja, Lagos
Salary -250,000- 300,000 gross monthly

Responsibilities:
-Planning and managing transportation, shipping schedules, and distribution routes to maximize efficiency.
-Overseeing inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and managing warehouse operations to prevent shortages or excess holding costs.
-Negotiating with suppliers and vendors for favorable terms, processing orders, and ensuring high-quality products.
-Preparing shipping documents, managing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
-Using software to track goods and analyzing data to identify opportunities for reducing costs and improving operations.

Requirements:
-Minimum of B.Sc./HND in a related field.
-Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
-Understanding of transportation modes, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
-Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
